2:00-3:30: Ricardo Ramirez ARNIC seminar in the living room. Probably about 15-20 people, we can use the room in either setup (couches or boardroom), but changes need to happen before or after the seminar. We’ll need a projector. (FB will bring Ricardo to Kerckhoff at 1:30)

Wed april 2

8:00 RWG people arrive at KER, coffee/pastries in room adjoining the LR. – test remote connection to Bangalore

8:30 meeting starts – boardroom setup, We will have 14 people in the room to start, plus one remote participant

10-10:30 – coffee break

12:00 (12:30?) lunch break – buffet setup, stand-up tables on terrace. One more person will probably join us (total 15)

Afternoon: we’ll do break-up sessions in library, dining room and living room

Late afternoon reconvene in living room

Dinner? (we’ll go to a restaurant – who is planning this)

10:30: coffee break – add extra chairs around the table for USC/UCLA faculty (6 confirmed so far, could be as many as 13)

11:00 – 12:30 open discussion –

12:30-1:30 buffet lunch - 22 to 29max people – people will eat at stand-up tables or sit in LR

2:00 RWG meeting resume (16 people)

3:30-4:00: coffee break

4:00-5:00 meeting conclusion (16 people)

People leave for hotel/airport – any dinner plans for those who stay that night?
