What we need to accomplish by the end of the two days:

- Finalize project summary - research question(s), hypotheses, methodologies

- Methodology guidance for the country teams (in prep for Seattle meeting)

- Preparation for Seattle meeting (apr30-may1, 2?) - RWG members 'homework', assign speaking/session leading roles

- Prepare a workplan for the RWG, identifying and agreeing to major tasks and timeline for activities that need to continue after the Seattle meeting. 

- Figure out how we will work together - regular teleconferences, f2f meetings, online collaborative tools, bibliography/lit review

- Figure out how we will work with the country teams
